You know how as a parent it is hard to tell who your kids look like? With Adyson everyone said, I think mostly cuz of the red hair that she looked like Eric, but with my eyes. Max, however, we get all different answers, some say Eric, some say my dad, some my brothers. I grew up in a relatively small town not as small as the town Eric grew up in. But, I had 50 first cousins (well, still do) and at any given time I have about 10-12 cousins at my school, Jr High, High School. So, people would always say "you look like a Smoot" I saw no "similar look" to us but people say we all kind of looked alike. So I am wondering what look MAx has? As, outsider of our little family, can you tell?? Does Max looks like any of us??

I have told you this before.. but Max is a total Smoot. I think he looks like your brothers and in one pick he looked like an Essig ha-ha. Either way, he's a good look'n kid!

I would explain like he totally looks like Ady when he is crying in that one picture, but he definetly has Smoot features going on! It will be interesting to see what he looks like when he gets older! More like you...

i think you and eric are such a good match that you cant really say one kid looks more like the other. See i think if you take away the red hair, Ady looks more like you. And in the pictures that are on here.. Max looks like you in some and eric in some. LOL definitly looks like eric in the one he is crying in.
All I know is Max looks adorable. So whoever is cuter between you and Eric thats who he looks like. Love the pictures. Gallery is amazing.

Hiley, no one ever agreed on who my kids looked like...the Kandell side always saw the "Kandell" resemblance, and my side always saw "our" features. Just wait til report cards start coming out...then it's who they got their BRAINS from (Good grades...MY side. Bad grades...HIS side(:!!)
